We want to begin by sincerely thanking you for the trust you have placed in us over the years. It is a privilege to care for you and your families, and we are truly grateful to be part of your lives and your health. As our Fulmer family approaches our 100th year of serving patients in Kenosha County, we are humbled by the relationships we've built and the generations of patients who we've served over the many years.
We're excited to share a major step forward for our practice. As part of our long-term vision, we are making a significant investment into expanding and enhancing our Paddock Lake facility, along with adding more operatories, team members and brand-new equipment to better serve you. To make this possible and provide the highest level of care under one roof, we will be closing our Kenosha location and consolidating services in Paddock Lake. This allows us to create a more modern, efficient, and comfortable experience while allowing us to offer more appointments and serve as many patients and families as possible.
For our Kenosha patients:
Upon partial completion of our renovation, which is anticipated as soon as October 2026, appointments will be scheduled at our Paddock Lake location going forward. The Paddock Lake location (7137 236th Ave., Suite 108) is conveniently located just off Highway 50, less than ten minutes from I-94. Our team will make this process as smooth as possible and will provide any details you need prior to your visit. If your currently scheduled appointment needs to transition from Kenosha to the new location, our team will contact you.
For our Paddock Lake patients:
You may notice some increased activity and minor commotion in the office as we begin this exciting expansion. At this time, there are no immediate changes to your scheduled appointments. If your visit is impacted in any way, our team will contact you directly. The construction project will be a phased approach which will allow us to remain open throughout the entirety of the project, with an anticipated groundbreaking date of mid-July 2026.
We truly appreciate your patience and support during this time. This expansion is an exciting step forward, and we look forward to continuing to provide the high-quality care you expect for many years to come.
