Why should you choose Fulmer Dentistry, your local dentist, over to a large corporate dental office?
The Kenosha area is our home. Our dedication to our neighborhoods and our local organizations is important. You will see us around Downtown Kenosha, in the local grocery stores and at a Kingfish game.
Bills, Bills, Bills
Dental corporations are in the business of making money, not taking care of you and your family. According to some reports, corporate dental offices have even suggested unnecessary treatments for patients, all in the name of profit.
We Love our Patients
We pride ourselves on being patient focused. We treat patients NOT teeth! Our patients are our friends and neighbors, not just numbers in a book. We know your names and have treated several generations of your family.
Patients are numbers, not people. Their bottom line dictates that they need to to see as many they we can, each day. The more patients they can squeeze into a day means the more profit they can turn at the end of a year.
Helping You is NOT About Meeting a Quota
Our staff is not working to meet a daily quota number; we are working to keep you, our valued patient, healthy and happy. We will not rush you through an appointment. Rushing could lead to unwanted mistakes. We want to give you time needed for you to receive the best possible care.
Corporate staff, especially hygienists, are often pushed to see 20 to 30 patients a day thus not delivering the quality of service you expect. Recent studies report that the burnout rate for corporate hygienists is high. Do you want that exhausted person working on your teeth?
History and Experience
Dr. Fulmer is a fifth generation dentist and his daughter, Kaleigh, who joined the Fulmer Dentistry team in 2018, is the sixth generation serving Fulmer patients. That experience and dedication translates into the best possible patient care.
Turnover and Lack of Experience
It is not uncommon that you will see a different dentist and/or hygienist each time you visit a corporate dental office. You will not have the opportunity to get to know your dentist and build that trust. Corporate dental offices are a prime starting point for young, fresh dentists and hygienists. While their education might be top notch, they don’t have the decades of experience needed to serve your needs.
