Auto Appointment Reminders

Do you have trouble remembering things months out? We have a fix to make sure you never miss a scheduled appointment to maintain good oral health.

Auto Appointment Reminders are also known within our office as Recall Appointments. These reminders are set when we have the patient address a postcard to themselves.

Before you leave you’ll be asked to make a return appointment either 3, 4 or 6 months in advance.

The cards are mailed about two weeks before your next appointment and are followed up by a phone call the day before.

We want to make the return process as easy as possible for you.
